Developer uses Four Seasons marks pursuant to a license agreement with Four Seasons, terminable according to its terms. Four Seasons assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with the project and makes no representation or warranty in respect thereof. Except for approving some design concepts for conformity with Four Seasons design and brand standards, Four Seasons was not involved in developing the design concepts or selecting any furnishings, fixtures and finishes for the project.”
Four Seasons Red Sea at Shura Island are not owned, developed or sold by Four Seasons Hotels Limited or its affiliates (Four Seasons). The developer, Red Sea Global, uses the Four Seasons trademarks and tradenames under a license from Four Seasons Hotels Limited. The marks “FOUR SEASONS,” “FOUR SEASONS HOTELS AND RESORTS,” any combination thereof and the Tree Design are registered trademarks of Four Seasons Hotels Limited in Canada and U.S.A. and of Four Seasons Hotels (Netherlands) Ltd. Elsewhere.
