Seamless Wi-Fi Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Seamless Internet Auto Wifi service (the “Service”), made available through the Visit Red Sea mobile application (the “App”). The Service is provided by one or more third-party internet service providers, together with hotel operators in the Visit Red Sea destinations (collectively, the “Service Providers”), in connection with Red Sea Global and its affiliates (“VRS” By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Service’s Terms of Use (“TOU”). The Service enables users to connect automatically or seamlessly to available Wi-Fi networks at the VRS destinations. Availability, speed, coverage, and performance of the Service may vary depending on location, device, network conditions, and third-party infrastructure. 

VRS and the Service Providers do not review, monitor, or exercise control over any content, data, communications, or materials accessed, transmitted, or received via the Service. However, VRS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to block, filter, restrict, or remove access to any content or usage that (a) is unlawful, (b), may expose VRS or any Service Provider to liability, or (c) violates these Terms. VRS and/or Service Providers may cooperate with law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies where required by applicable law, as set out in https://www.visitredsea.com/en/terms-and-conditions

You acknowledge and agree that accessing the internet involves inherent security, privacy, and confidentiality risks. Accordingly, you agree that neither VRS nor any Service Provider shall be liable for (a) interception of communications, (b) loss or corruption of data, (c) unauthorized access, (d), malware, viruses, or other harmful code, (e) damage to your device, arising from your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your device, including firewalls, antivirus software, and system updates.

To enable seamless and automatic connectivity to the Service, the App will require the installation of a digital certificate on your electronic device (the “Configuration Profile”), you can remove this profile at any time from your device settings. This Configuration Profile allows your device to be securely recognized and authenticated when connecting to participating Wi-Fi networks. By opting to the Service, you expressly consent to (a) the installation of the Configuration Profile on your device (b) the processing of device identifiers, (c) the use of such information solely for the purposes of providing and securing the Service. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) the Configuration Profile may remain installed on your device unless and until it is manually uninstalled by you; (b) disabling the Service within the App may not automatically remove the Configuration Profile from your device: (c) you are solely responsible for removing or uninstalling the Configuration Profile, including prior to selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of your device. You further represent and warrant that any person who uses the Service through your device has been informed of, and agrees to be bound by, the TOU. 

You agree to not use this Service to: (a) transmit any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; (b) harm, or attempt to harm, minors in any way; (c) impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any material transmitted through this Service; (d) transmit any material that you do not have a right to make available under any law; (e) transmit any material that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party; (f) transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes" or any other form of solicitation; (g) transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; or (h) use this Service for excessively high volume data transfers.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VRS and the Service Providers disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, or security. VRS and the Service Providers do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither VRS nor any Service Provider shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising out of or related to: (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any changes, interruptions or suspension of the Service; and/or (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or communications. Your sole and exclusive remedy in relation to the Service is to discontinue its use.

VRS reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these TOU at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Continued use of the Service following any such changes shall constitute acceptance of the updated TOU.
