All room rates, charges and fees are in Saudi Arabian Riyal (SAR) and are subject to 5% Municipality tax (MT) and 15% Value added tax (VAT). The VAT is applied on the rate and MT.

Early arrival after 10:00 AM will be treated on request basis. Late departure maximum 14:00 PM no charges, after 14:00 PM -18:00 PM - 50% Room charge after 18:00 PM -100% room charge 

Grand Hyatt The Red Sea charges no additional fee for children under 12 years of age occupying the same guest room as their parents or guardians (space permitting).

Guests 12 years and over, a fee of 350 SAR + VAT & MT will be charged per night.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before arrival receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge equal to the first night’s stay.

A credit card is required to confirm your booking. During peak seasons, a prepayment for the entire stay may be required.
