All room rates, charges and fees are in Saudi Arabian Riyal (SAR) and are subject to 5% Municipality tax (MT) and 15% Value added tax (VAT). The VAT is applied on the rate and MT.

Early arival after 9:00 a.m. will be treated on request basis. Late departure maximum 14:00 no charges, after 14:00-17:00- 50% Room charge after 17:00-100% room charge 

Guests aged 18 and above are considered adults. An extra bed can be arranged at a charge of 435 SAR per night, inclusive of taxes and breakfast.

Children aged 1–17 years sharing their family’s room stay free of charge, with no additional accommodation fees required.

Children aged 1–5 years enjoy their stay free of charge.

Children aged 6–11 years receive 50% off on breakfast.

Guests aged 12–18 years are charged full price for food and beverages.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before arrival receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge equal to the first night’s stay.

A credit card is required to confirm your booking. During peak seasons (such as festive periods and Eid holidays), a prepayment for the entire stay may be required.
