• Rates start from SAR, inclusive of all taxes, and are subject to availability for individual bookings only.
• Children aged 12 years and under will be accommodated in existing bedding with their parents.
• Additional bedding or separate accommodation may be subject to supplementary charges.
• The offer is applicable to new bookings only.
• A minimum stay of 2 nights is required to avail this offer, based on 2 guests and 1 child.
• The offer is subject to change without prior notice at the time of booking confirmation.
• The offer is valid from 1 June to 20 September 2026.
• Lunch and dinner are available at an additional cost.
• Standard check-in time is 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00.
• Activities may not be split between multiple participants.
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult; additional charges may apply.
• The seaplane family offer requires a minimum of 48 hours advance booking. Book seats for 2 adults and receive up to 2 complimentary seats for children under 12 years old.
• Activities are subject to weather conditions.
• Full payment is required upon booking confirmation.
