In case the booked trip is cancelled by the guest more than 48 hours before the scheduled trip time, no penalty fee will be charged and the full amount of the trip will be refunded to the guest.
In case the booked trip is cancelled by the guest 48 to 24 hours before the scheduled trip time, a 50% refund of the trip amount will be applied to the guest.
In case the booked trip is cancelled by the guest less than 24 hours before the scheduled trip time, no refund will be applied.
The guest is considered a no-show if they fail to show up within 15 minutes after the meeting time and do not respond to calls from the booking unit.
In case of a no-show, no refund will be applied to the guest.

Reservation modifications: Changes to the reservation within 48 hours of arrival may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

Special requests: All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Disclaimer: Upon arrival, guests will be presented with a disclaimer for water experiences.

Rates: All rates are in SAR and are subject to 15% VAT.

Safety equipment: Life jackets are mandatory during water sports activities.

Waiver form: Guests are required to fill out and sign a waiver form for water sports activities at the time of confirming the booking.

Medical certificate: A medical certificate is required for participation in Galaxea diving activities.

Equipment: Lost or damaged equipment will be charged according to the lost and damaged fee policy.

Weather conditions: For the safety of guests, we reserve the right to cancel any activities due to weather conditions.
